- This NSW Territory Manager, looking after the Women’s Health portfolio, is a 12-month maternity leave contract covering Sydney South/West, ACT and regional NSW including Wagga, Griffith and Moruya.
- Manage a high-performing territory representing around one-third of the overall NSW/ACT business.
- Build strong relationships across major public and private hospital accounts including Nepean, Westmead, Blacktown, Liverpool and Campbelltown.
- Drive growth across the Women's Health portfolio, including capital equipment and surgical consumables.
- Partner with surgeons, gynaecologists, nursing teams and hospital stakeholders, providing product support, education and in-theatre assistance.
- Expect regular regional travel, with Canberra visits approximately twice per month to support a significant ACT customer base.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Proven experience as a surgical medical device representative, with confident in-theatre case support and strong clinical stakeholder engagement.
- Be comfortable in an operating theatre/surgical field.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and simplify highly technical or scientific concepts when communicating to others.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and listening skills.
- Highly organised, excellent time management and customer service skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows and Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- As this position requires driving during the workday, a valid driving license and satisfactory driving record, as well as a serviceable vehicle available for work use is mandatory (a car allowance is included in the salary package).
