WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
  • As the Orthopaedic Territory Manager for Victoria, you will take ownership of driving sales growth and market share across Melbourne.
  • You’ll build trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital procurement departments while providing expert clinical and technical support during surgical cases.
  • You will develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow your territory and identify new business opportunities within hospitals, day surgeries, and private practices.
  • You will deliver clinical support to surgeons in operating theatres, ensuring best-in-class service and conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops for medical professionals.
  • You will manage consignment stock and product logistics to ensure seamless surgical outcomes.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in orthopaedics, this is a must!
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue in orthopaedic sales.
  • Strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital networks across Melbourne.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence in theatre environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, science, or health-related discipline.
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and flexibility to travel (including overnight stays and on-call).
  • You must have full working rights for Australia and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
