- This Territory Manager position, involves serving as the lead sales expert in initiating and closing sales to consistently achieve year-on-year growth.

- The position successfully manages a Melbourne East/VIC territory, promoting all of the company’s surgical products to achieve established sales objectives and goals, in line with industry, company, and regulatory requirements.
- You will conduct strategic account reviews, implement corporate brand strategy at a key account level, identify new business growth opportunities and development business in the current customer portfolio.
- You will identify customer needs, deliver ongoing market analysis, market intelligence and competition assessment and build referral and lead generation networks, along with conducting account sales calls, building rapport, communicating technical products and operations programs to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, and others necessary to achieve territory sales objectives.
- You will provide surgical procedure and technical product support in theatre as well as ongoing customer service, planning and conducting educational programs in hospitals.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful medical device sales experience, ideally within a theatre environment with proven selling skills and the ability to take on new ideas and work within Industry and the company’s code of conduct.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and listening skills. Highly organised, excellent time management and customer service skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows and Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- As this position requires extensive driving during the workday, a valid Australian driving license and satisfactory driving record, as well as a serviceable vehicle available for work use is mandatory (the salary package does include a car allowance).
- Demonstrated ability to understand and simplify highly technical or scientific concepts when communicating with others.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
