- This Territory Manager role, based in Sydney's North, will actively market products and services to hospitals, spending 50% of the time in the operating room.
- The position will manage and maintain existing business that is already in place and generate and acquire new business and maximise sales objectives through direct customers, providing customer service and support.
- The role is required to sell and promote a range of devices and consumables to hospitals within Sydney's North and continue already prepared sales and territory plans to identify specific commercial opportunities.
- You will maintain and build excellent customer relationships, understand and impart product knowledge and detailed technical information and provide regular care and in-servicing of integrated theatre equipment for customers in the field.
- You will be responsible for providing first line technical support and expertise to existing customers in the operating room environment and in the hospital in the areas of ED, ICU, supporting anaesthetists, ENT surgeons, NUM’s, nurses, procurement, etc.
- You will prepare presentations, proposals and customer correspondence and be responsible for the entry of all territory data into a CRM system.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, science, business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices, with operating theatre sales experience.
- The ability to understand and impart technical knowledge, understanding of medical technology and be very comfortable clinically and technically.
- Committed to working professionally and ethically at all times.
- Proactive self-management in owning your business and driving results.
- Demonstrated ability in planning and execution of sales and territory plans.
- A current, valid driver's license and work rights in Australia essential.
