- This Territory Manager sales role (full or part-time) will lead and grow the performance of the Western Australian (60%) & South Australian (40%) territories, achieving sales targets and strengthening the company’s presence through strategic account management, clinical engagement, and market development.
- As a member of the commercial team, you will partner closely with the Country Manager ANZ to shape and deliver key business objectives.
- Part of this role will develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan aligned with the national sales strategy and will partner with the Business Analytics team to review sales performance and refine territory plans.
- You will identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase market share across WA/SA and provide regular feedback and insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support wider business planning.
- You will build and nurture strong relationships with key hospital and community-based stakeholders and identify, establish, and grow key accounts within the public and private healthcare sectors (in hospitals primarily).
- You will lead clinical discussions confidently and promote brands to clinicians, primarily specialist nurses.
- You will maintain accurate and timely customer records via a CRM system and support and execute quarterly campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- You will represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on patient outcomes and plan and conduct appointments with clinicians efficiently to optimise time, coverage, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ideally you will have done a similar sales job, in medical devices, before and have strong clinical knowledge with an understanding of patient needs.
- You will learn in-depth product knowledge and have the ability to provide technical education.
- You will have the confidence engaging with nurses, surgeons, and healthcare professionals on clinical terms.
- You will have achieved quarterly and annual sales targets for your designated territory in your current or prior roles, OR you could be a nurse open to moving into a sales role in healthcare.
