THE ROLE – WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
  • In this role you will manage and grow the WA territory, with a strong presence at Perth Children’s Hospital, providing in-theatre support for surgical cases.
  • Drive new business development, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding market share across orthopaedics and related specialties.
  • Maintain and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong partnerships with surgeons.
  • Provide on-call support as required, delivering exceptional service and responsiveness to clinicians.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB
  • Bachelor of Science degree or related qualification.
  • Medical device sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Proven sales background as a medical device representative, skilled at navigating the internal structures of Perth hospitals to establish clinical pathways and drive product adoption.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision, however, you will be given training.
  • Advanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • You will have full Australian working rights and be vaccinated against Covid.
