WHAT YOU WILL GROW AND BUILD
- This full-time Supply Chain Assistant role is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, reporting directly to the General Manager.
- In this role you will assist with processing purchase orders based on approved forecasts and stock requirements.
- Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing, and product info in the ERP system.
- Support demand planning through data entry, reporting, and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate backorders and communicate supply updates to internal teams.
- Track inbound shipments, liaising with suppliers, couriers, and freight forwarders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery of stock.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- Experience in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain support (medical/healthcare desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
- Good understanding of inventory and demand planning (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage time effectively.
- Must be available 5 days per week onsite in Eastern Creek.
