THE OPPORTUNITY, WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
- In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality technical service and support for our clients specialised medical equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- You will provide technical guidance and advice to their sales team and customers, helping them get the most from their products.
- Promote their service offerings and proactively engage customers to schedule preventive maintenance.
- Manage your service vehicle, tools, and equipment with pride, representing their commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, Service Coordinators, and the Technical Service Manager to deliver seamless service experiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on field performance and customer insights.
- Maintain ongoing technical training and personal development to stay at the forefront of innovation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in a similar technical service or field technician role (preferably within dental, medical, or other technical equipment industries).
- Relevant trade qualification or technical certificate (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Sound computer literacy (MS Office Suite) and familiarity with reporting systems.
- A valid driver’s licence and commitment to maintaining a professional service vehicle.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with full working rights for Australia.
