WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
  • Reporting to the Service Support Manager, this full-time permanent Service Coordinator 12-month contract role is based in Eastern Creek with free onsite parking. You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.
  • The position is responsible for providing a range of compliance and administrative services for the team and ensuring the business remains compliant with all client requests. 
  • You will monitor compliance portals and email correspondence, prioritising requests and update and maintain customer compliance portal requests.
  • You will assist the business with all compliance related tasks and action customer requests to ensure that the business is able to continuously attend all customer sites to deliver services.
  • You will escalate any compliance issues to the Service Support Manager and assist in the resolution process and provide a high level of administration support to the Service Coordinators and Support team.
  • You will liaise with internal stakeholders around compliance documentation whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • High level of attention to detail, process driven and established administration skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a specialised team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, by answering customer calls and resolve issues.
  • Experience with ERP systems is beneficial, with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic and motivated, with excellent time management.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written & verbal English communication and client relationship skills.
  • A mature outlook, reliable, punctual with strong follow-up and organisational skills.
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week in Eastern Creek.
  • You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and be able to complete a police check and pre-employment medical.
