- We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy and execution for a consumables/devices therapy portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, based at the head office in North Ryde.
- This role supports a broad and clinically trusted portfolio, that includes market leading products. You will collaborate closely with sales, clinical, medical and global marketing partners to ensure product solutions are positioned effectively to address key clinical challenges within the hospital setting.
- You will provide clinical and market insights to lead the development of the strategic marketing plan and drive the portfolio toward its annual growth, cost, inventory, and profitability objectives.
- You will manage all portfolio marketing mix requirements including new product launches, promotional activities, pricing strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
- You will implement end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and key growth programs that generate clinical demand.
- You will enhance sales partnerships and engagement with key customers across multiple disciplines and collaborate closely with Medical Affairs in consultation with sales leadership to deliver medical education that is aligned to strategy.
- You will work with internal teams to establish and optimise tender/contract listings as well as drive contract execution with sales teams.
- A minimum 3 years’ relevant marketing experience in the medical device industry, in a similar role, with a commitment towards patients, clinicians, and the quality of the provision of healthcare solutions.
- A Degree or Post Graduate qualifications in marketing, business, or commerce.
- A strong ability to lead and influence with excellent English communication skills.
- The ability to demonstrate excellent rapport and experience working with sales and clinical teams, clinicians, hospitals, key opinion leaders, and scientific affairs.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and navigate ambiguous and complex situations.
