- This Sales & Marketing Manager + Key Account position is focused on Commercial Excellence and is responsible for leading a small team while driving sales effectiveness, optimising commercial processes, supporting the execution of commercial strategies and developing strategic partnerships with key customer accounts.

- You will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, approval, and renewal processes, and support pricing strategies developed by the business units while ensuring all contracts and pricing agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- You will analyse pricing performance, margins, and market trends, recommending adjustments to optimise profitability, and support the preparation of bids, tenders, and proposals to ensure commercial terms are competitive and compliant.
- You will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid channels and oversee website content, strategies, and analytics for continuous improvement.
- You will lead the maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce CRM to meet evolving business needs and collaborate with business units and customer service to ensure integration of CRM processes while developing and implementing best practices for data management, reporting, and user adoption.
- At least 8 years of experience in all aspects of medical device sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position within a medical device company.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management.
