- As a Sales Manager in NSW, you will lead a team to develop and execute a sales strategy with the aim of increasing sales volume, profitability and market share. This will extend to providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Your team will target cardiac specialists and surgeons to promote brand awareness and sell the company's suite of products.
- You will support your team to provide technical assistance and education including in theatre and/or cath lab in addition to performing high quality cardiac testing procedures.
- The role covers Sydney metro and regional NSW but will involve a targeted approach in accordance with existing relationships and new business objectives in consultation with the Sales Director.
- The position is also responsible for attending industry conferences and trade events promoting the business and networking with existing and prospective customers.
- We need someone with a clinical background who is currently working in CRM managing a team or in CRM sales ready to step up to leading a CRM team.
