- You will lead the development and execution of portfolio marketing plans, working closely with sales leadership, area portfolio marketing, territory managers and clinical support.
- Being responsible for various portfolio marketing activities across the Australian and New Zealand market and providing input to management that may impact how financial resources are generated or spent is part of this role.
- You will use data to accurately analyse market coverage and track channel performance and analyse customer insights to identity opportunities and communicate them to sales representatives.
- You will co-ordinate with internal and external teams for the execution of brand and/or product marketing programs or digital programs and provide price competitive analysis and recommend pricing changes when appropriate.
- Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements and reporting regarding working with customers is key to this position as is providing advice, usually involving the explanation and discussion of difficult information directly related to the professional discipline. Demonstrating advanced influencing skills and ability to balance differing interests and perspectives is important.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in portfolio marketing, product marketing, and/or product management within the medical devices industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively across the organisation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all relevant functions.
