- This national sales position supports the ANZ business with a specific focus on one portfolio. The position’s key objective is to grow market share to increase sales while looking after customers with a patient focus.
- The role will be responsible for presenting a range of products to healthcare professionals in healthcare settings, assisting at trade shows & cadaveric workshops as well as providing education and training to staff and healthcare professionals.
- You will provide technical support & guidance to physicians, physiotherapists, operating theatre/recovery staff, other healthcare professionals as well as sporting teams, clubs and athletes during product trials, demonstrations and when new adopters of the technology begin utilising the product.
- Being a field-based role, you will be able to demonstrate good planning and organisational skills, along with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude. Working with a wide range of different customers internally and externally you must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work alone and within a team.
- Continuous self-education, training and studying of the most up to date literature as well as competitive therapies on all the subjects is expected.
- This role will involve a significant element of travel to support the business within ANZ.
- Preferably you will have a science/health related degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, Sports Science, etc.
- You will have experience in a similar role in medical device sales (preferably in orthopaedics/sports medicine, but this is not mandatory and there is NO on-call in this role).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and ability to provide clinical support and communicate clinical data effectively.
- You will be a team player with a customer, patient focused approach and be highly self-motivated.
- You will have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written and have worked in Australia and have full Australian working rights.
