- This Territory Manager role will be responsible for sales of healthcare products within Sydney's North.
- You will be calling on Allied Health professionals within private practices as well as private hospitals.
- The position requires planning, organising and implementing selling activities in line with the sales plan for the business.
- The role is responsible for monitoring competitor activity and market trends, recommending solutions and implementing corrective actions based on factual information.
- You will be need to achieve annual and quarterly sales objectives using professional selling skills, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material consistent with marketing objectives.
- You will ensure that customers and patients’ needs are met and will provide expert product knowledge to customers, to ensure correct use of the product portfolio.
- You will ensure development of new business strategies and opportunities to achieve profit targets.
- University or other tertiary qualifications preferred in Health Sciences or related studies.
- Preferred related industry experience: Minimum 3 years selling experience in medical consumables and/or medical devices or experience in FMCG, OTC/pharmacy sales or allied health ie. physio, chiro, personal training, with a passion for patient mobility and an understanding of physiology and anatomy.
- Intermediate computer skills (including Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written English.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and be extremely organised.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on relevant issues to be resolved and suggest possible solutions.
