- This Territory Manager role will be responsible for sales of healthcare products to hospitals within metro Sydney.
- The position requires planning, organising and implementing selling activities in line with the sales plan for the business.
- The role is responsible for monitoring competitor activity and market trends, recommending solutions and implementing corrective actions based on factual information.
- You will need to achieve annual and quarterly sales objectives using professional selling skills, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material consistent with marketing objectives (they will train you on all facets of the job if you come from a pure clinical background).
- You will ensure that customers and patients’ needs are met and will provide expert product knowledge to customers, to ensure correct use of the product portfolio.
- You will ensure development of new business strategies and opportunities to achieve profit targets.
- University or other tertiary qualifications preferred in Health Sciences or related studies, Bachelor of Nursing ideal.
- A nursing background with compression experience who can convert clinicians through their understanding of the disease process (ie diseases which cause lymphodema).
- If you have sales experience in wound care or compression with a clinical background, you are encouraged to apply.
- Intermediate computer skills (including Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written English.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and be extremely organised.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on relevant issues to be resolved and suggest possible solutions.
