- This Territory Manager role, based in Melbourne will also cover SA/TAS however the majority of you time will be in Victoria.
- In this role you will achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas, sales objectives, market development and customer engagement, primarily in the hospital and operating theatre environments.
- The position will sell and support products directly to hospitals and represent all activities in VIC/SA/TAS, comprised of all active/inactive accounts, to achieve sales targets and gross profit goals.
- The role will demonstrate and sell products in new accounts while growing product usage in existing accounts and establish and continue to build strong relationships with customers, primarily surgeons. You will provide clinical support in medical procedures.
- You will regularly conduct impactful in-servicing and education events with clinical staff and organise and be accountable for successful surgeon-to-surgeon dinner events to support the ANZ growth strategy.
- You will prepare customer quotes or offers and proactively manage hospital-based consignment stock holdings, ensuring consignment stock does not reach its expiration date, always with a mindset of reducing/removing all consignment over time.
- You will attend trade shows and society/industry conferences with a priority on surgeon engagement and generate qualified appointments as well as cold calls to prospective customers.
- You will work with the Country Manager frequently to build and refine strategic territory growth goals and objectives and analyse territory performance using company sales tools.
- Previous sales experience or someone with a clinical background who wants to move into medical device sales.
- If you have a sales background, you will have demonstrated sales results with a proven ability to organise, develop and manage the NSW territory.
- Passionate about high commission-based remuneration with high incentives for overachieving.
- Highly driven, independently and as part of a sales team.
- Experience with Salesforce.com an advantage.
