- This Marketing Manager role will report to the Group Sales and Marketing Director. You will be responsible for the overall management of a diverse brand portfolio which includes external, and company owned brands.
- This will be achieved through your exceptional leadership of a team of 3 brand marketers, of which all are direct reports, working alongside Content Creation and Education and Events teams.
- You will participate in the development of strategic brand plans, including advertising, digital marketing and promotional programs.
- You will develop and drive category led approach to Brand Marketing activity.
- You will work closely with the Group Director to ensure support of the sales team to achieve marketing objectives.
- You will lead, coach and mentor an effective team of 3 direct reports (Senior Brand Managers).
- You will participate in the new product development processes and prepare forecasts to execute best placed campaigns and timings to enhance revenue.
- You will manage P&L.
- You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure compliance with TGA guidelines.
- Experience in a similar marketing leadership role in the dental or medical device sectors.
- You are a high performing and experienced Marketing Manager ready to take on a new challenge in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to influence and direct strategy with strong management experience.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or business-related degree preferred.
- Experience across the whole marketing mix from concept to execution.
- Marketing communications knowledge and experience.
- Good financial acumen with experience managing an advertising and promotional budget.
