- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Marketing & Events Coordinator, a hands-on marketer who loves variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to support brand, event, and customer growth initiatives. From organising events and webinars to creating eye-catching designs and executing digital campaigns, this role is perfect for a creative all-rounder who’s ready to make an impact.
- Event Support: Assist in planning, organising, and executing events, workshops, conferences, and webinars. Be on-site to support event setup, logistics, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Digital Campaigns: Support the development and rollout of email campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions using Campaign Monitor and other marketing tools.
- Design & Creative: Produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, social graphics, presentations, and event collateral) using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe Suite programs.
- Webinars & Online Content: Coordinate webinar logistics, manage online platforms, and support in hosting engaging online events.
- Marketing Operations: Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and campaign tracking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring projects to life and support overall brand growth strategies.
- Experience in a similar role, a creative all-rounder with a flair for events and design.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop essential; Illustrator a bonus).
- Experienced with email marketing platforms.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
- Tech-savvy and confident with online tools for webinars and digital campaigns.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with teams and external partners.
- Enthusiastic, hands-on, and eager to grow in a marketing career.
