THE ROLE – WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE & BUILD!
  • As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for providing broad administrative support across the marketing team, including purchase orders, reporting, record keeping, and onboarding.
  • Your admininstration skills will shine through in coordinating events –venue and catering coordination, logistics, and travel – with occasional attendance required.
  • Assist with marketing and sales collateral – digital campaigns, brochures, demos, and materials distribution.
  • Manage sponsorship and compliance processes, ensuring documentation and approvals are completed accurately.
  • Support capital equipment logistics and general team scheduling, travel, and customer coordination.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • Background in marketing or business administration.
  • A degree in Marketing (or related field) is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Confident using MS Office 365.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to support occasional weekend events and have the ability to work 4 days a week in Mascot and one from home.
  • You must have full working rights for Australia and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
