WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
  • Short-term temporary Marketing and Design Coordinator assignment, starting immediately through to the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.
  • Full-time, five days per week in the Macquarie Park office, with free onsite parking; after the first five weeks, enjoy 1–2 work-from-home days per week.
  • Create engaging event marketing campaigns for conferences, forums, webinars, awards and member events.
  • Develop on-brand social media content, including posts, graphics, short videos, speaker highlights and sponsor recognition.
  • Design digital and print event collateral, including invitations, programs, signage, presentation templates, email graphics and social tiles.
  • Support event communications across websites, registration pages and email campaigns, ensuring content is accurate, clear and up to date.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, key deadlines and event assets while working closely with internal teams, speakers, sponsors, venues and suppliers.
  • Assist with event-day marketing activity and post-event communications, including photography, social content, highlights and campaign reporting.
WHAT QUALS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • Experience in event marketing, communications, social media, graphic design or a similar coordination role.
  • A Diploma of Graphic Design or equivalent relevant qualification.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing event campaigns, social content and digital or print design work.
  • Hands-on Adobe InDesign experience is essential; WordPress, Illustrator and Photoshop experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong design skills, with an eye for layout, typography, colour, imagery and brand consistency.
  • Confident writing and editing skills for social media, emails, event pages and attendee communications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work with teams, speakers, sponsors, venues and suppliers.
