WHAT YOU WILL GROW & MANAGE
  • This Customer Operations Coordinator role based in South Melbourne will see you managing customer orders, inventory and supply chain operations for a leading healthcare company.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment with local warehouses, freight providers and international suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and replenishment while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders across Australia and the UK.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, order discrepancies, returns and credits while delivering exceptional customer service.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer operations, supply chain, inventory or order processing.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with inventory management, stock control or warehouse coordination.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
