- As the learning & development administrator, you’ll coordinate and deliver high-impact learning programs, ensuring every training session runs smoothly and genuinely supports employee growth.
- You’ll bring major events and conferences to life, handling logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-the-day delivery to create seamless, memorable experiences.
- You’ll support in keeping HR processes running effortlessly, supporting onboarding, maintaining systems, tracking compliance, and helping new starters feel welcome and prepared.
- You’ll elevate the brand through digital and marketing support, contributing to campaigns, managing content, and keeping communications sharp and engaging.
- You’ll be the trusted business all-rounder, supporting cross-functional projects, juggling priorities, and keeping the wider team connected, organised, and moving forward.
- In this role you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring projects to life and support overall brand growth strategies.
- You’ll have some experience in corporate support roles such as L&D, HR administration, communications, or event coordination.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Business, or equivalent experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience with HRIS/LMS systems, SAP, or corporate training/event coordination is highly desirable.
- You’ll have full working rights in Australia and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- You’ll need to be able to work 5 days a week in the office based in Lane Cove West, with on-site parking.
- You’ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- You’ll be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ll have strong technical skills, including advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
