- The Senior HRBP partners with leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent management, culture, employee engagement and change initiatives that enable business success.
- You will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives and growth plans and act as a trusted advisor, providing commercially focused HR guidance and strategic coaching to executives and people leaders.
- You will participate as a key member of the ANZ leadership team, providing people insights that support informed business decisions and influence organisational capability through workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development.
- You will lead talent review and succession planning processes across the business and drive initiatives that improve employee retention and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- You will provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution and lead the resolution of workplace issues while balancing business outcomes, employee experience and organisational risk.
- You will partner with senior leaders to identify critical skill gaps, assess development needs, and create targeted learning solutions that support current and future talent requirements and lead talent and people development initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- You will be 3-4 years into your HR career only; we are looking for a HR business partner, someone with great potential to lead this HR function and manage 1 direct report.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders within a complex, matrixed multinational organisation. You will have a seat on the senior leadership team.
- Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation.
- Extensive experience in employee relations, organisational development, leadership coaching and change management.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
- Experience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated industry ideal but not mandatory.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, or Organisational Psychology with professional HR certifications, preferred but not essential.
