- This HR Business Partner (6-month contract) position, provides HR guidance and support to people leaders, managers and associates across ANZ. The role supports business and HR priorities, core people processes, talent and performance outcomes, WHS obligations, and consistent application of policies and local employment requirements.
- The position will provide practical advice and coaching on HR policies, employee relations, escalating complex or high-risk matters, succession planning and development processes, including preparation, check-ins, development planning and follow-up actions.
- The role will partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, HR and Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions and a consistent HR experience.
- You will support remuneration, benefits and annual compensation processes by coordinating inputs and preparing information and contribute to organisational change through planning, stakeholder engagement, consultation materials and communications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years’ progressive HR generalist, advisory or business partnering experience.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, HR policies, employee relations practices and WHS obligations.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers, associates and HR colleagues.
- Experience supporting talent, performance, engagement, organisational change and annual HR cycle activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and partner with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Operations and business stakeholders.
- Sound reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to use HR and WHS data to support recommendations and decisions.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential business information.
