THE ROLE – WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
  • In the role of Customer Success & Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted go-to contact and supporting a positive experience.
  • Monitor product usage and customer success metrics, identifying issues early and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing check-ins to maximise customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on customer data to track progress, highlight trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and long-term success.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM records, capturing customer insights, and supporting growth opportunities across new markets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB
  • A natural relationship builder - warm, proactive and people‑focused.
  • Strong communicator who loves checking in with customers and staying connected.
  • Organised, reliable and eager to learn.
  • Basic comfort with data, reporting and digital tools (training provided).
  • A do‑er who spots problems early and helps solve them with others.
  • Previous experience in customer service, admin, community roles, hospitality, retail, or support roles is a bonus. 
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in Sydney's CBD.
  • You will have full Australian working rights and be vaccinated against Covid.
