- This Customer Service Specialist position interacts with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to phone enquiries, concerns and requests about products and services, including complaints, warranties and repairs.
- Key accountabilities include, however are not limited to:
- Sales interaction with internal/post sale customers.
- Processing quotes and orders.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, including obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints.
- Developing and building customer relationships.
- Maintaining back orders and databases.
- Processing applications for warranty/faulty/customer’s property and credits, ensuring replacements are sent out in a timely manner.
- Coordinating and maintaining records of repairs with manufacturing and outside contractors.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of action taken, a strong eye for detail is essential here.
- Adherence to regulatory procedures in order to maintain ISO compliance.
- Work in conjunction with the warehouse and sales team and other internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a customer service role(s) essential, including the management of customer complaints and resolution of customer issues, with a minimum of 3 years’ tenure in most roles, preferably within a medium to large company with 100+ employees.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills and SAP knowledge/experience preferred but not essential. You must have an excellent eye for detail, be thorough and organised.
- You must work in a calm and logical way to solve issues with an excellent, articulate phone manner, you are easily understood, and you have strong written and verbal English language skills. You care about your team members and are a team player.
- You will have full working rights for Australia or be an Australian Citizen.
- You must be able to work in the office in Macquarie Park 4 days a week, with 1 day from home.
