- This Customer Service Representative position is perfect for someone easing back into the workforce or looking for a change. Start 2 days/week and gradually move into full-time after 6 months.
- You will support customers via phone/email, process orders, handle logistics, and manage bookings.
- In this role you will enjoy flexibility: free on-site parking, future hybrid model (3 days office, 2 WFH), and flexible hours between 7am–6pm.
- Use your strong communication and organisation skills to ensure smooth orders, accurate invoicing, and top-tier customer support.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and a team-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic accounting knowledge, understanding of credits/debits, and experience with ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
