- Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this full-time permanent role is based in Eastern Creek with free onsite parking. You'll work Monday to Friday, rotating across the following shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm, 8:30am–4:30pm, and 10:00am–6:00pm.
- You will be responsible for delivering exceptional after-sales service and customer support.
- Managing customer enquiries, sales orders, and rental calls efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
- Representing the company professionally and upholding brand values.
- Assisting with CRM tasks, quoting, and private customer enquiries.
- Supporting continuous improvement by maintaining SOPs and reporting quality issues.
- You’ll be the first point of contact for many of their customers, so a helpful, solutions-focused attitude is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent written & verbal English communication and client relationship skills.
- Must be able to work 5 days a week in Eastern Creek.
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and be able to complete a police check and pre-employment medical.
