WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
  • This Clinical Solutions Specialist role utilises a wide array of knowledge, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities to support the organisation’s suite of products and service solutions. The person in this role will be expected to provide comprehensive technical support and service across various clinical settings within a hospital, including but not limited to Operating Theatres, Sterilisation Departments, Outpatient Clinics and other alternate sites of care.
  • The primary objectives of this role are to provide support for the installation, clinical use and troubleshooting of medical equipment; perform on-site product inspections, exchanges, and performance verification maintenance for products; facilitate training for all levels of hospital and internal staff; and continuously ensure the highest standards are maintained in all aspects of after-sales services.
  • You will conduct field-based inspections and preventative maintenance of all products and provide phone and pre-and post-sales support, installation, troubleshooting of equipment.
  • You will work to grow service contract revenue through additional offerings.
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a health or science related discipline is preferred but not essential with previous experience with medical devices, with sound troubleshooting skills.
  • The ability to understand and impart technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of products, with excellent communication skills, being able to work with different personalities in a hospital/operating theatre environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • As you will work in patient environments theatre protocols, national police check and working with children certification is mandatory.
