THE ROLE – WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
  • This Territory Manager role, reporting to the Managing Director, involves managing and expanding the VIC West territory.
  • Drive new business development, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding market share across ophthalmology space.
  • Maintain and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong partnerships with surgeons.
  • Provide theatre case support as required, delivering exceptional service and responsiveness to clinicians.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB
  • Proven sales success across multiple years and multiple roles.
  • Must have Ophthalmology or Optometry commercial sales experience 3+ years.
  • Prior medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience 5+ years.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of ophthalmology surgical hospital business practice and IOL management, utilisation and demand.
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity is essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and leadership.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • You will have full Australian working rights and be vaccinated against Covid.
