- This Business Development & Sales Manager position will have you reporting to the General Manager, playing a key role in shaping global commercial strategy.
- Drive and execute international sales growth across orthopaedic trauma markets, aligned to revenue and margin targets.
- Manage and develop distributor and partner networks, including negotiating agreements and setting performance KPIs.
- Take ownership of pricing strategy, forecasting, and margin optimisation to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Identify and activate new market opportunities, leveraging industry networks and market intelligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, regulatory, and quality teams to align business objectives.
- National and international travel required (approx. 20%).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in orthopaedics, this is a must!
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue in orthopaedic sales.
- Strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital networks.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence in theatre environments.
- Tertiary qualification in business, science, or health-related discipline.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and flexibility to travel.
- You must have full working rights for Australia and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
