As the Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, market share and clinical engagement across NSW/QLD. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving business growth across NSW and QLD, targeting public and private hospitals, day surgeries, and healthcare groups.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical, operational, and corporate decision-makers to secure long-term contracts.
- Managing the full sales cycle including lead generation, tender submissions, contract negotiation, and implementation.
- Applying expertise in infection control, sterile services (CSSD), and hospital procurement processes to influence adoption and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, supply chain) to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work independently.
- 5–10 years of proven business development or sales experience in healthcare or medical consumables.
- Strong knowledge of infection control, sterile services (CSSD), and hospital procurement processes.
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior clinical and corporate levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Must be able to work 3 weeks in NSW and 1 week in QLD.
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have full working rights for Australia.
