As the Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, market share and clinical engagement across ANZ. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the ANZ go-to-market strategy for this specialised product range
- Identify new customers, channels and commercial opportunities
- Monitor hospital and state tenders and ensure product participation and competitiveness
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing, and contract terms
- Design and deliver tailored clinical education programs for ICU, ENT and respiratory staff
- Provide expert guidance, product support and clinical application advice to healthcare professionals
- Represent the organisation at conferences, seminars, and training events
- Weekly, interstate travel across ANZ (with a primary focus on the East Coast) to support accounts and grow influence
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences or related field
- Clinical experience in ICU, respiratory or ENT is highly desirable
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device sales, product management or clinical education
- Strong knowledge of tracheostomy care; prior tracheostomy product experience or launches is a major advantage
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Confidence presenting, educating and influencing clinical staff
- Willingness to travel across ANZ as required
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have full working rights for Australia
