THE POSITION – WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW

This role based in Sydney will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting hospitals in Australia, New Zealand, and SE Asia. You’ll focus on:
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities in public and private hospitals
  • Managing and growing existing accounts to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with your key distributor partner on sales execution, product support, and joint initiatives
  • Building trusted relationships with clinicians, procurement leads, and health execs
  • Representing the company at regional conferences, events, and trade shows
  • Reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and insights to guide regional leadership
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB
  • Strong B2B healthcare sales experience, ideally across ANZ with some knowledge of SEA markets
  • Understanding of hospital procurement processes and regulations
  • Proven ability to manage distributors or work in distributor-led business models
  • Confident working across cultures and geographies; some travel required
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM and data-driven sales planning
  • Full Australian working rights and flexibility for regional travel
