WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & BE A PART OF
  • This 12-month Sales & Marketing Operations Associate contract is a full-time, office-based role located in Chatswood. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, Sales & Marketing, you will provide vital operational and administrative support to the Marketing Managers, Sales Representatives and wider Management Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of key commercial activities.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, education events, conferences and congresses, including logistics, travel, accommodation and attendee management.
  • Support the Marketing team with promotional material inventory, event coordination, invoice processing and budget administration.
  • Process invoices, employee expenses and assist with budget tracking across sales and marketing activities.
  • Manage governance and compliance administration, including sponsor agreements, legal documentation and Medicines Australia Transparency Reporting.
  • Provide general office operations support, including office supplies, shared inboxes, phone enquiries, new starter coordination and basic IT support.
  • Maintain accurate business records, databases and documentation while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple departments, providing flexible support wherever needed in a fast-paced commercial environment.
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar administration role in a commercial environment, if you have worked with a sales and marketing team this is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced software skills, Microsoft Office Suite and you must be very comfortable using databases and related tools.
