Are your people strategies working in the new world of work?
Many of you, in pharma & devices, shared your thoughts around what you would like to see on future webinars, so we have been structuring future webinars around what people have primarily been requesting. Our most recent webinar was held on 30 th September 2020, where we discussed the latest trends in talent acquisition, primarily around Candidate Attraction, Connection & Retention, we covered the following;
- Review statistics around what candidates want now in the new world of work.
- What candidates from different generations want, Gen Z v’s Millennials v’s Gen X v’s Baby Boomers.
- What companies, around the world, are doing to attract talent to their businesses, what does good employer branding look like?
- Once you have the right talent in your business, how do you on-board them to ensure best practice employee induction and subsequent connection and how this influences employee behaviour and ultimately culture.
- How to ensure you keep them long-term, what needs to happen to make sure you don’t lose your talent to a competitor.
- Review financial statistics around an engaged workforce and the cost of rehiring, both financial and otherwise.
We heard from;
- Jay Munro, Senior Country Marketing Manager, Indeed – https://www.linkedin.com/in/jaymunro/
